- From US-64 (East of Hayesville)
- Across from Lake Chatuge Storage reset your odometer and head North on Coal Branch Road for 1.7 miles
- Reset your odometer, turn right (East) on Meadows Drive for 0.6 miles
- You'll see a sign that says 'Private Community, for owners and their invited guests only' and 3 mailboxes (1 white, 1 brown, 1 black)
- Turn left on Brianna Lane, then reset the odometer and drive 0.4 miles
- You'll arrive at the gate

- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please turn the thermostat to 70 degrees in the winter or 78 degrees in the summer
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances; including the fireplaces
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees may be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
