4/5 We had a wonderful time on our fourth trip to Bear Lake Reserve. The property's location in Saddle Notch Village can't be beat due to its close proximity to the clubhouse. We found the price to be very fair and we love that our dog can tag along. The owners are very communicative and the fresh bread they left for us was a fun surprise.While the rest of the condo was very clean, we unfortunately found mouse droppings and urine on the couch. We notified the owners and were a little bummed that it wasn't taken care of while we were there, which is why we felt we had to rate cleanliness as a 3/5.Aside from this one issue, our trip was fantastic and we can't wait to return to Bear Lake next year We truly appreciate the owners' hospitality and for sharing their beautiful property with us.

Bear Lake Reserve
5/5 This was our second time visiting BRL and we had an amazing trip. The location of the condo was ideally located close to the lake and club house. Would absolutely stay here again.
