Great house in a great neighborhood!
5/5 This is a beautiful craftsmans house in a beautiful subdivision. There are nearby pickle ball courts, driving range and dog park. I couldn’t have picked a better spot to enjoy the cool fall mountain air.

Beautiful house in a great location.
5/5 Lovely home in the beautiful Chinquapin community near Cashiers. House is walkable to trails, the Chinquapin Outpost/amenity area, and short drive to restaurants and shops of Sapphire, Cashiers and Highlands.
House is comfortable with beautiful porches, comfortable beds and a nice bathtub.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Area!
5/5 Chinquapin is a beautiful area! There is so much to do in a peaceful setting. This home is convenient to all of the amenities, including mini golf, golf range, trails, and the list goes on. It was well equipped with all of the necessities and had very comfortable accommodations. The owners were very hospitable and their pride in ownership showed in this home!
