  • Lovely house and view

    We rented the house for our family of 10 vacation. It was a beautiful place. The only minus we had was that some of the beds were a little harder than what some of us are use to. Area was peaceful

    It was a nice stay but the beds was uncomfortable,and the down stairs bathroom smelled like poop,

Our cleaning team diligently prepares the property for each guest's arrival, and it's disheartening to learn about any issues you experience. We have never experienced problems with bad odors and our cleaning team did not report anything unusual during their cleaning before your stay.

    Hot tub had been broken for over 2 weeks and was confirmed by the repair man. This was the major reason for choosing this home. I never rent a cabin without a hot tub. We had to wash all the towels before we could use them. They were stiff and smelled. Kitchen counters needed to be cleaned. Basically had to do housework before we could start to enjoy our stay. I would not use this property again. This is my first bad review on here. I have been using VRBO for years. I travel minimum 2 times a year. Very disappointed.

    - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the hot tub. It was scheduled for repair the day before your arrival, but unfortunately, there was a delay in the arrival of the necessary parts, which led to the repair being completed one day after your check-in. The hot tub was only unavailable for one day during your stay.
    - We also apologize for the issue with the towels. Regrettably, we did not receive any calls or messages from you regarding this matter. Otherwise, we would have promptly provided new towels if necessary.
