CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The property is located in a gated community. The gate codes are (if they don't work please use 8840): gate 4: #3366, gate 3: 3366, gate 1: #3366
- The key is located inside a lockbox. The code is 2096. To locate the lockbox and enter the house, go up the stairs to the right of the carport. Once you reach the patio at the top of the stairs, you'll see a door on your right, and there you'll find the lockbox attached at the bottom of the banister
- Once you enter, you'll be in the mudroom. Here you can take off your shoes before proceeding to enter the main house
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return key to the lockbox
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- If you used the fireplace or grill, make sure all coals have fully cooled. Fire safety is a TOP PRIORITY
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
