3/5 The place was much more dated than the pictures displayed. Stained carpet etc. We tried to reach out to the contact via email several times but never heard back. When I called they answered immediately and allowed us a noon departure There were crumbs on the couch and the place could have been swept more thoroughly Beach chairs were rusted and in bad shape.

Beautiful place with strong odor
3/5 Nice place, but very strong odor upon waking in the door. Also when AC would run, there was a very strong mildew smell. Just glad no one had any allergies to the odors.

As the house is located by the beach, moisture in the air can sometimes contribute to a mildew scent, especially when the AC runs. I take your feedback seriously and will arrange for a thorough cleaning of the air ducts and investigate further to ensure a fresh environment for future guests.
- Additionally, my cleaning staff did notice traces of smoke in the house recently, which is against our house rules. I’m actively working to prevent this from happening again. Your comfort is a priority, and I appreciate your understanding.
