• Short walk to toes in the sand

  This location was closer to the beach than I thought. The access point was just at the end of the block from the house and you can see it from the top deck. It was perfect. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our kids said they had the best sleeps of their lives. The only thing I would recommend be changed is the check-in process. This was the first property I have rented where the access code and WiFi was not given to you electronically ahead of arrival, which thru arrival off for me as I did not read the welcome email about the check-in process, BUT, the hosts did respond to my late night arrival call very quickly so all went well. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at the house and would return again!

• Great location, wonderful visit

  The location was perfect, the beds were amazing, the house was exactly what we needed for a great vacation.

  Only cons were that there was a piece of glass left behind that my 3yo cut her foot on and the one of the bathrooms toilet leaked from the bottom

• Friends Reunion

  Lovely and well-stocked rental w everything we needed for 4 old friends to talk and laugh and enjoy cocktails in a different location (decks, screened in.porch, living room) each of 4 nights. Amazingly short walk to a beautiful beach. Mgmt Co very responsive. andand pleasant. Would rent again.

• Great location

  This house is in a great location and has many pros with a few cons.

  Pros: great decks, screened porch, open kitchen/living room, spacious rooms, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, very clean, nice gas grill.

  Cons: TVs do not all work (living room tv was very testy) or are missing remotes and property manager seemed disinclined to replace/help, broken swivel chair in living room, tear in screened door on porch (but with ocean breeze, no real bug issues!), hot water in short supply (for family of five) - lukewarm at best.

  All in all, a nice rental that with a few tweaks could be a SUPER nice rental! Thanks!

  We stayed with another family and this house was perfect. We each got our own floor for a little privacy, the huge porch was great for evening ice cream and kids to run.

  Very short walk to the beach and the road dead ends so there is not a ton of traffic when you are crossing the road. Would definitely stay here again!
