5/5 This is a great property! We have stayed here 3 summers in a row. The kitchen is well equipped (I cook a lot while we are there.) There is a washer/dryer unit downstairs, but I have found that you should probably bring your own detergent. The balconies provide a wonderful view of the ocean, which is a short 2-minute walk away. If this is your first time visiting Emerald Isle and this property, the check-in process is very simple; just follow the instructions!

Short walk to toes in the sand
5/5 This location was closer to the beach than I thought. The access point was just at the end of the block from the house and you can see it from the top deck. It was perfect. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Our kids said they had the best sleeps of their lives. The only thing I would recommend be changed is the check-in process. This was the first property I have rented where the access code and WiFi was not given to you electronically ahead of arrival, which thru arrival off for me as I did not read the welcome email about the check-in process, BUT, the hosts did respond to my late night arrival call very quickly so all went well. We appreciate the opportunity to stay at the house and would return again!

Great location, wonderful visit
4/5 The location was perfect, the beds were amazing, the house was exactly what we needed for a great vacation.
Only cons were that there was a piece of glass left behind that my 3yo cut her foot on and the one of the bathrooms toilet leaked from the bottom

Friends Reunion
5/5 Lovely and well-stocked rental w everything we needed for 4 old friends to talk and laugh and enjoy cocktails in a different location (decks, screened in.porch, living room) each of 4 nights. Amazingly short walk to a beautiful beach. Mgmt Co very responsive. andand pleasant. Would rent again.
