Needs TLC
2/5 Carpet and floors need replacing. There’s mildew on the shower curtain liner. The front screen door is rusty. The door stops inside are rusty, and the walk to and from the beach is not easy.There should be a king bed in the master. It was hard and too small for 2 adults and there’s not a useable closet in the master.

Great for Sea Glass Collectors
4/5 Overall we had a nice stay. The unit was clean and well stocked, however the A/C was busted the first day and a half. The property manager was responsive once we were able to make contact (took several hours). Needless to say we were miserable the first two days with temps inside the unit above 80. Also, the listing says it’s a two minute walk to the beach but mentions nothing about stairs along the way. This was very limiting for my older in-laws.

Great location for beach bums!
5/5 The property is huge - perfect for our family of five. There is a full, well-stocked (dishes and cookware) kitchen. I love that there are fans in every room. You can see the ocean from the wonderful balcony. Beach access is just a quick (maybe 2 minutes) walk. The condo is also really conveniently located for dining, shopping, etc. We loved our Emerald Isle stay!

5/5 Everything was wonderful. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, being able to hear the waves from the patio, the well appointed kitchen, and the comfortable and updated furnishings.
