Need ddeep cleaninh
2/5 I read reviews prior to booking and decided to move fwd as they appeared satisfactory. However, upon arrival, as always, I inspected the property and conducted a quick cleaning before my family settled in. While inspecting, I found urine on the guest bathroom tiolet seat, a stain that appeared to be blood on the master bedroom sheets, and another stain that appeared to be blood on the couch.
Nevertheless, the property manager was responsive and offered to reclean; however, we were in and out due to a funeral and did not want people in the property while we were gone. We ended up wiping the property down with lysol and not utilizing stained areas.

You arrived significantly earlier than the scheduled check-in time (almost five hours early without permission), which is against our policies, and did not allow us to inspect the property beforehand, which is a regular part of our cleaning protocol. Our property manager responded promptly, but we understand your decision to handle the situation yourself due to personal circumstances. We consistently receive 5-star ratings and regret that your experience was not reflective of this. Our sincere condolences for your loss during this difficult time."Great stay
