Perfect Location for Graduation
5/5 We greatly enjoyed our stay in Durham. Our host let us know as soon as the unit was ready, allowing one of our sons and his fiancée to go in as soon as they arrived from the airport. (Our other son and his fiancée both live only about a mile and a half away.) In addition, our host was easy to contact when we had questions and very responsive to our needs. We will be sure to check for availability again if we need a place for family members to stay for our local wedding!

Great Space, Great Host, Great Stay!
5/5 This is a beautiful centrally located space. Well decorated and the host is very responsive. He was accommodating to allow us to use the garage as we had 8 guests and more than two cars. Initially we thought it may be an issue because two of the bedrooms didn't have a tv but it was not a problem. We all are interested in staying in more of his properties and he had gained loyalty from many. Great time was had by all and next tine we will use the amenities. Thank you.

4/5 Overall the stay was very pleasant. The property is rather new and location is very convenient. We were not very happy with the cleaning job which was done or not done after the last tenant has left. The sheets and towels needed to be washed again in the morning after our arrival as they didn’t look clean. Also leaving the overfull garbage bin (lid couldn’t close) in NC Sun for almost a week is not a good idea as the garbage truck arrived the garbage spilled over and we had to clean the drive way. Management should remove the garbage before the new tenant arrives.the cleaning charge is high enough!!!!

We'll investigate the sheets and towels issue with our cleaners. We're sorry about the trash bin and will do our best to prevent it in the future."

4/5 The property is very nice, new and beautifully furnished. It was very convenient and we really enjoyed the stay. Communication was great and the location very convenient.
