Great property and excellent host
5/5 Very clean and organized. The property host (management) was great and very flexible and supportive. Highly recommend this.

Mixed bag
2/5 Easy to see mildew on the primary BR shower curtain and tub. Towels for both bathrooms smelled like mildew and as if they had not been washed. Towels in a closet smelled the same way. The screen door at the front was missing about one-third of the panels. Keurig was hit and miss. Location was good for our activities. But the state of the place was quite disappointing.

Owner's response: "Van, we take it seriously when guests let us know that we missed the mark, and after sending your feedback to the cleaners, they’d like to share the following:
- We have had the screen door worked on and an additional piece of screen was put on it, but it sounds like we need to reevaluate and see if a new one is needed. We will get this taken care of.
- We have replaced the shower liners, we apologize for this.
- We are not aware of any issues with the Keurig but will check it out.
- All of the towels are cleaned and smell fresh, but we did check the ones in the closet and did not find any odors.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays! We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for."Good time!
4/5 We had a good time in the area. The refrigerator was dirty when we got there and there were cobwebs in multiple spots, but others than that everything was good.

5/5 It was a beautiful space. It was in a nice area with easy shopping and dining nearby. Communication was easy and prompt. I would stay again if I was in the area.

Convenient location
5/5 The place was perfect for our stay in Durham. We were there to see the Savannah bananas. The locate was convenient to the ball park and good restaurants. Would recommend to friends
