Dirty, sparse and worn
3/5 Could be a nice place but not so much. Overall the surfaces were worn and in need of attention. Kitchen appliances we covered with a film. Bedrooms exactly that a room with a bed and nothing more.

Nice condo in Ballantyne
5/5 3BR, small kitchen, new but plain deck. 3 upstairs BRS, huge TV, Water was hot, PLENTY of living space all downstairs, comfortable furniture, nice decor.
Restaurants were close as well shopping.
Check in was a breeze and had no complaints, would recommend to friends.
