5/5 We were in Charlotte for a soccer tournament. The house was perfect with a great location to downtown Matthews. Lots of local shops and restaurants. Communication with the owner was quick and effective. Quiet neighborhood with a big shaded yard.

Nice location.
5/5 House was clean. Location was great. Standard, no frill stay (none of the nice touches such as coffee). If you have full-sized adults, note the bunk beds are not stable. We had to put the mattresses on the floor. Prob fine for kids, just very wobbly and scary for adults. Also bring towels as there weren't enough for our party. We let the management company know of these things so hopefully they'll fix them. Spacious living room but not enough seating for more than 6 comfortably. Projector was fun to have. Overall, perfectly fine for a simple, inexpensive stay.
