5/5 Visiting with my granddaughter a few blocks from this house. Perfect and Robert arranged for us to have an early arrival at 1pm. The house is clean and comfortable.

Perfect spot in a great neighborhood!
5/5 We were in CLT for the weekend to celebrate a birthday, and this was a great location and very comfortable house for us to stay in with my fiance's parents. The neighborhood is vibrant, walkable, and good fun. Worth noting, if you are looking for absolute quiet for sleeping, this is 1 block from a busy weekend nightlife area, so the sound of live music and some light hubbub is audible from the back of the house, though not the bedrooms. We slept really well - the beds are fantastic - and had a great time. If we come back to CLT anytime soon, we'll definitely look at booking here first.
