4/5 Really enjoyed our stay and the Trillium amenities. The only issues we had were 1) this is downstairs unit and the family upstairs was loud in the evening and 2) dryer was broken. Positive was that CPM (unit's local management) was responsive to both issues and helped when we had a load of wet clothes to dry and they passed along the noise issue to the owner of the upstairs unit (which they don't manage) and the upstairs noise situation was much improved after that.

Interesting stay with Hurricane Helene
5/5 We were booked for a wedding and Hurricane Helene happened. No water, electric, internet and the entire area outside the complex was flooded with trees down, a natural disaster. We were able to get a credit for the second night as we had to leave early…and the wedding didn’t happen. Very appreciative for the refund, and the place was really nice, great view. Wish we were able to appreciate it!
