We feel like we got taken . House was in great location but not worth the 2k (fees are over top) for 3 nights. House is tired and needs a deep cleaning, repairs & landscaping . Paint peeling off , weather stripping on front door coming off , wood rot around windows, front window fell apart it was so rotten and was open the entire trip, porch screens & porch was full of spider webs , needs a good pressure Pressure washing, light bulbs were out , and furnishings very uncomfortable. Very disappointing overall, seems like a distant owner who isnt involved . Oh and the light bulbs were all different and like being in a Target store .

The property was located at the end of the street so there was no traffic. The house was beautiful and we spent most of the time on the back porch when not out hiking the local trails. Overall we were very happy and would definitely visit this property again.

The host was very helpful and the house was awesome, I plan to return to this house next year
Nice home in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to Cashiers and many hiking trails in the area. The screened porch was our favorite as most time was spent there. House was well equipped for cooking and found the house to be clean upon arrival. The front entrance was a little tricky getting into, as the door handle seemed to be broken; however after a few minutes we were able to figure it out.

We arrived and immediately the trouble started. The lockbox was hard to open, the key didn’t open the front door easily. House had no heat! We saw a review online from the week before stating that the heat had gone out. It had not been repaired and it was freezing in the home. There were cobwebs and very thick dust on all blinds. The den sofa was filthy and all outdoor furniture as well. Our group ended up leaving and booked another fantastic place. They did refund our stay.
