5/5 This property was perfect for our family trip, exactly as listed and the pictures don’t lie. Literally across the street from the beach entrance, parking was easy, everything we needed was in the condo. We loved the patio and being able to see the ocean while hanging out. Plenty of room for our group of 7 and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was not crowded at all and was great for after a long day at the beach to cool off before going up to the condo. Check in and out was super easy. The only negative was that we could hear the upstairs neighbors at all hours of the night- there were children that would run up and down the hallway- I addressed this with the owner and they were very quick to remedy this with the HOA- I hated even complaining because everything else was 100% perfect but since we could hear them running at 1am I had to mention it, but the property owner was very helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommended this beautiful location if you want to be close to the beach!

Great place to stay in Carolina Beach!
5/5 This condo was perfect for our family of 7, my family and my sister and her kids. It was steps from the beach, the common areas were spacious and there was plenty of space to spread out. The condo is in a great location, near lots of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The boardwalk is about a mile away, it was walkable, but it was about a 30 min walk and there isn’t a sidewalk for most of it. We also walked down the beach from the condo to the boardwalk, that was a nice leisurely walk. I only have one small complaint, the bathrooms are very small. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and we absolutely fell in love with Carolina Beach!
