  We loved the availability to the beach and the quietness of the community . The condo was so so not worth the price for three day stay. If you do book this place bring toilet paper, paper towels , cookware and dishwasher soap of yeah and trash bags because you will only get 1 trash bag, 1 dishwasher soap that you will need to use when you check out, 1/2 roll of toilet paper 1/2 roll of paper towels and horrible cook wear. Most worn out pots and pans that look like they came from a goodwill store or a yard sale at best.

  From the owner: Hi Karen, we are glad you enjoyed the location and community. We feel the price is more than fair and are sorry you feel this way.
  
  - It is mentioned in the listing that we offer a "small starter package of paper towels and toilet paper", this is 1.5 rolls of each and for most guests is sufficient.
  - All of the cookware is in good shape and is less than 2 years old they do not get used constantly but are replaced as needed. 2 of them are brand new as we purchased in May of this year.
  - We are available for the needs of our guests and we did not hear from you with any issues or complaints until after you left the property. We did contact you to ask about the parking passes that we could not find because there is a fee to replace them. You were not charged for the missing items and then chose to give us a negative review.
  
  We work very hard to provide our guests with a clean and comfortable place to stay and have been lucky to have numerous guests who have enjoyed their stay with us. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

  Spent Mother’s Day long weekend with my daughter. Much need rest and relaxation time. The condo was perfect, however the weather not so much, but we still had fun!!

  Great property even though we didn’t spend much time there. We were on the go the entire time. Great location. Quiet. Away from the hustle but close enough to enjoy.
