- Upon arrival, GPS navigation may direct you to turn on Union Drive from Old Michael Road. Instead, please be sure to continue to Sugarbush Lane. After turning on Sugarbush Lane, the home is immediately on the right. Please do not proceed further down this road, as it is a dead end and used to access other homes

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry, which is located at the main door facing the parking spaces. The code is 3030
- Concierge services are available for an additional fee. Please reach out to the Guest Contact for groceries, interim cleaning, errands, party supplies, or anything that will enhance your stay
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all used perishable items. This includes used toiletries and opened food items
- Collect all trash and recyclables. Tie the bags securely and place them in the outdoor collection bin
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Empty and clean the coffee maker
- Clean up spills, splashes, and overspray as needed
- Strip sheets and pillowcases from all used beds, and fold down the comforters. Leave pillows and shams in place
- Place used linens in the laundry room, separating wet and dry
- Place used towels in the washer and start a load of laundry with the provided detergent
- Set the heat to 60 degrees in the winter and the A/C to 75 degrees in the summer
- Open the blinds and curtains to allow light in
- Return furnishings to their original locations
- Check that all belongings or personal items are present and accounted for
- Plug in any items you unplugged
- Sign out of personal accounts on the TV
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors, including all entry doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
