CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- At least 48 hours prior to arrival, please reach out to the Guest Contact with the first 
 and last names of everyone in the party, and the make, model, and color of the cars they are bringing. If you are using a rental car, please text the Guest Contact as soon as you know those details
- This property is located in a gated community. Enter through the security gate upon arrival and state that you are a guest of Kirk Bagley
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5417
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
