DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
- From the South: 
- The driveway will sneak up on you. If you are traveling from the south and don’t mind curvy mountain roads, we suggest accessing the property via scenic highway 80 from Marion, NC. It is an incredible drive, but it is climbing mountains and has many curves! You will also lose cell service during this time, so plan accordingly. (Cell service usually returns once you reach the Blue Ridge Parkway)
- There is a hairpin curve just past the end of the golf course…you will know it when you reach it!
- The driveway will be the 3rd drive on your right after the hairpin curve

- From the North (coming from the town of Burnsville):
- You will travel from 19E and take the Micaville Loop to turn onto Highway 80S.
- While all mountain roads are curvy, this will be a pleasant ride, and no climbing (until you reach the driveway)
- The property is approximately 15 minutes from Micaville and located on your left
- You will not see the home from the highway, and there is not a good landmark coming from this direction, but GPS is accurate

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- To unlock, press anywhere on the keypad to cause the numbers to light up, and then enter the code
- To lock when leaving, press the "lock sign," and it will engage the deadbolt
- If you experience any difficulty with the keyless entry, please reach out to the Guest Contact
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- A garbage service provider is not available for this area. Please read the garbage instructions in the Welcome Book on-site or at the link below:

- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- From November through March, set the thermostat on HEAT at 50 degrees; the fan should be placed on AUTO for the upstairs and downstairs thermostats. Fold up all outdoor furniture to lay flat on the deck, ensure the grill is ratcheted to the deck rails if disconnected, and turn the rockers on the front porch over
- From April through October, turn the thermostat to OFF (upstairs and downstairs)
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Check for your personal belongings
- Turn off all lights, lamps, and fans
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- We enjoy our pets as much as you enjoy yours. We do not allow our dogs on any of the furniture and request that you do the same. If you leave your dog inside the home, they must be kenneled to prevent further damage to the door or floors. We want to remain pet-friendly, but this is dependent on respect for the home
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
