From Asheville follow signs to I-26/US-19N/US-70 for approximately 18 miles.  Take Exit 9 for US-19N/US-23A N to Burnsville/Spruce Pine.  Travel approximately 17 miles until you reach the 2nd red light in Burnsville city limits (just past Ingles Grocery Store).  Turn right on Pensacola Rd. (NC-197 S).  Keep to the right.  Go about 5 miles to a concrete bridge on right (Toodies Creek Rd.).  You’ll see a red brick church with steeple, Concord Baptist Church, up on the hill.  Cross bridge and turn left to continue on Toodies Creek Rd. and follow for 1 mile.  Turn right on Wildwood Drive and proceed 0.8 miles up the gravel road.  Pass two homes on the left, then two homes on the right to a large home on the left.  Turn left there at Wildwood Drive (small green sign).  Proceed 0.2 miles to driveway of Kroon’s Mtn. Rentals on your right.  



From Marion take NC-226N/US-221N until NC-226N/US-19E (Spruce Pine).  Turn left at traffic light onto NC-226N/US-19E and travel approximately 13 miles west towards Burnsville.  Turn left onto NC-197 S/Pensacola Rd.  Keep to the right.  Go about 5 miles to a concrete bridge on right (Toodies Creek Rd.).  You’ll see a red brick church with steeple, Concord Baptist Church, up on the hill.  Cross bridge and turn left to continue on Toodies Creek Rd. and follow for 1 mile.  Turn right on Wildwood Drive and proceed 0.8 miles up the gravel road.  Pass two homes on the left, then two homes on the right to a large home on the left.  Turn left there at Wildwood Drive (small green sign on left).  Proceed 0.2 miles to driveway of Kroon’s Mtn. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 pm
- The door will be unlocked upon your arrival. The house key can be found on the dining table
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 am
- Place key back on the table and lock front door
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the apartment by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept in beds unmade
- Close windows
- Turn off air conditioning
- Turn heat to 50 degrees in winter months
- Extinguish the fire in the fireplace
- Exit via garage door and lock as exiting.
- If you would like to dispose of your garbage, there are 2 locations in Burnsville at: 
* East Burnsville recycling center: At the end of NC-197 S/Pensacola Rd. turn right at the traffic light onto US-19E and travel approximately 1.2 miles to Burnsville School Rd. and turn left just before the Quality Petroleum gas station. Garbage drop is on your right just behind the QP gas station located at 130 Burnsville School Rd.
* West Burnsville recycling center: At the end of NC-197 S/Pensacola Rd. turn left at the traffic light onto US-19E and travel approximately 3.5 miles. Garbage drop is on your right located across from the BP/Riverside General Store
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the apartment is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
