CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. The Watia Road gate code is 2141. The Nantahala Outdoor Center gate code is 8357#
- The key is located inside a lockbox on the right carport post. The code is 5651
- There is a light switch on the front of carport post that will turn on the lights for the carport and upper deck
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Please put all trash in sealed bags in the downstairs laundry room. Do not leave any trash outside to avoid attracting bears 
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Return key to the lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No items (feminine products, floss, food, toys, etc.) other than toilet paper be flushed down the toilet
- No coffee grinds allowed down the garbage disposal
- To avoid attracting local wildlife and bears, do not leave food outdoors
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the Welcome Book upon arrival
