  • Enjoyed my stay

    5/5

A very nice cabin. Ice maker inoperable got a bag of ice and was good. Hot tub was great and loved the baby goat that likes to rest in the road. TV remote is hard to push and did not find remote for fireplace. Did not need to buy excess spices which was great. Look forward to another stay.

  • The cabin

    3/5

Cabin was very nice. Except the Jacuzzi did not work. We did call about it on the 2 day of our stay and no one came to fix it while we were there. The Jacuzzi was the main reason why we chose this cabin. We were very disappointed that it did not get fixed. The road/driveway is really bad. If you don't have a SUV you will not be able to get to this cabin. Even with my SUV it was rough. There is no cable in the bedrooms all you can watch is DVDs. In the living room I could only get one channel (maybe I didn't know how to work TV) I couldn't hook up the DVD player in there. I ended up going to Wal-Mart and buying a Roku thank God for Wifi. How ever we did get plenty of rest.

    Manager's Response:

Hi Susie, we truly appreciate your thoughts about your recent stay. Your feedback is essential to us, and we've relayed your comments to the homeowner, who would like to address the following:
-We reached out to a service technician, but unfortunately, they were only available to visit on the day of your departure. We were not aware of any issues with the TV prior to your stay. The property features a smart TV that streams directly from the internet, and we’ve confirmed it is functioning properly, providing access to both movies and apps.
-Additionally, please note that the drive to the cabin includes a mountainous road, which can be a bit challenging. However, the driveway itself is paved, ensuring a smooth surface for parking once you arrive.
Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We truly appreciate your feedback!

  • Nice cabin

    4/5

The cabin was very spacious, clean and great amenities. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. The only downside was the water pressure in the shower / kitchen was poor. This may be a side effect of a cabin on top of the mountain, but nonetheless this cabin was awesome.
