Fair to middling
3/5 House fit our needs for the weekend on Beech Mountain for a concert. The outside area of house is long overdue attention. Spiderwebs and debris over porches. It appeared that no one had been to the house in sometime when we arrived. The dishwasher was still loaded with dishes. Some dead bugs throughout the house. We realized the house was in the mountains but if your going to rant a vacation home a little more attention to little things would be nice. A good day or so of cleanup about the propery and some updates could make this a decent rental.
