• Poor maintenance

  The property was not well maintained. The grass has not been cut this year . The inside was nice but has cobwebs everywhere. We used to own rentals and we kept ours spotless. This was very disappointing for the money that we paid. Lastly the view was why I booked this place , but it was nothing like the pictures. We will not book through you service again .

  Hi Mark, the homeowners were surprised to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following:
  -Our cabin is thoroughly cleaned after every stay, and we have not encountered cobwebs as described. Regarding the grass, there is minimal grass on the property, and it naturally dies off as winter approaches, so cutting it is not typically necessary. Additionally, we believe our description of the views accurately represents what the cabin offers, and we haven’t received feedback indicating otherwise.
  -About three days before the guests' stay, they reached out with concerns about the lack of air conditioning, noting that the weather might be warmer than expected. We responded by reassuring them that the forecasted temperatures during their stay were mild and that the cabin has never had issues with becoming too warm. We suggested opening windows and using the available floor fans if needed. We also mentioned that most accommodations in the area do not have air conditioning, but they were welcome to contact Evolve if they wished to explore alternative options.
  -We did not receive a response to our email, and the guest chose to proceed with their stay at our cabin as originally planned, without raising any additional concerns or reaching out for further assistance during their visit.
  As reflected in other guest feedback, the owner has a proven track record of providing exceptional 5-star experiences. We are confident that they will continue to uphold this high standard in the future.

• Great little cabin

  Well stocked with everything you may need to have a great vacation. Love the layout of two bedrooms split by a tiny hallway with a bathroom. The other half of the cabin is a large open living room/kitchen/dining area. Quiet area with tons of deer that just graze right beside the road and don’t spook easily. Definitely highly recommended.

  Nice property, well presented.

  The 1/2 bath off of the master bedroom is TINY!

  We appreciated the TV & internet on our rainy day, and when the weather was nice, it was a great place to come 'home' to.

• Cute little cabin

  Nice little cabin with everything you could want to have a great mini vacation! There are fans and heaters in almost every room and we were very comfortable mid August. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you’d need to prepare most anything. There is a stacked washer and dryer combo, dishwasher and even the firewood and fire starter is supplied for the fireplace and outdoor fire pit. The cabin is well laid out with a large open living area/kitchen and a small hallway adjoining two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has its own half bath, the other has the laundry area and a linen closet. Be forewarned, the drive way is quite steep but manageable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
