New Year’s Eve family get away
3/5 Initially we were very happy with the property. We had 2 families traveling together for a few quiet days in the mountains to recharge after the busy holidays. The house was clean, well stocked, spacious and met our expectations. However, I reduced my overall rating due to members of our family getting a bacterial rash from the hot tub (confirmed after a doctor visit) that appeared the day we returned home. I reached out to the Management company to alert them to the issue to prevent recurrence for future renters. They were not helpful in their response to the issue. Again, the property itself was good but we did have an unfortunate experience with the management company in regards to the hot tub cleanliness.

We want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues with the hot tub during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- When you reached out about your family members getting a rash we contacted our serviceman and confirmed the filter was changed and the water was properly balanced with chemicals and sanitized. They stressed that it’s very important that everyone shower before using the spa especially when it’s ski season and that they cannot guarantee the safety of the water after they have used it if they do not follow these directions.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Family Time
5/5 This was the perfect setting for us to enjoy time with our adult children and new grand baby. The home was spacious and well appointed! It was an amazing weekend!

Family Thanksgiving
4/5 The property was perfect for the family. Visits from deer and bear excited the kids, and grandchildren. The wife didn't much care for it when the bear opened the sliding door. LOL! The only negative we could not find sheets to fit the folding beds.

2024 motorcycle trip
4/5 Great stay, couple things, mildew and mold in downstairs is pretty bad, which they have a humidifier so they are trying to fix it

Air conditioner
3/5 We loved the house, the area but the air conditioner was out. It was ok but we got a little uncomfortable. We didn’t find out until we were in Boone overnight and our Family from Kentucky was on the road. No time to change reservations.
