4/5 Need to update your listing and pictures please. We carried coffee for a coffee pot because the picture show a coffee pot maker. You have a keurig. Also we had problems with the internet and after having spent hours on the phone with spectrum we found out it was because the username and password are incorrect in the notebook and in the master bedroom.

Worst experience ever
1/5 Noone had cleaned the place. Trash on the floor, dirty dishes in sink, no toiletries. Dirty towels on floor, asked them to come clean it the next day, still they did nothing. Dirty bathrooms, basically they just did not care.
