Good choice in Beaufort
5/5 Our sibling reunion group of 6 enjoyed staying at this property. The house has historic character that adds to the stay. Great location just a block in from the oceanfront. Recommended!

Great location/ a little over priced
4/5 We enjoyed the location of the home and the home owners were great. That being said, we knew that the house was an old house but to be a rental property it needs some updating. There was only one tv for the entire home. Also, there is only one a/c unit upstairs for the 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. For the unit to cool the rooms at night, you have to keep all of the bedroom doors open which really hinders privacy. The ceiling fan in the main upstairs bedroom was noisy and there were many lights and lamps that either did not work or the bulbs were blown out.
