  We recently stayed with a large group of family and friends including children. The house more than met our needs! The downstairs area was great for the kids to hang out! The location was truly in the middle of everywhere we planned to visit! Our only complaints are the backyard really needed to be cut and taking the trash off was inconvenient especially since the dump wasn’t open everyday and was closed on Sunday when we checked out!

Part of mountain living is taking trash to the local dump, but we're sorry if our checkout instructions were unclear. We specify in our checkout details that if you are checking out on a day when the nearby facility is closed, guests are welcome to leave up to two bags of garbage behind for our cleaning crew to handle. We also appreciate you letting us know about the lawn; we've alerted our monthly landscape maintenance crew to address the grass. Thank you for your helpful feedback, and we look forward to providing an even smoother experience next time!

  From the time I made reservations until we arrived everything went smoothly and the information was well communicated. The cabin is beautiful and all 9 of us agreed that it was just perfect. This trip was what we call “hot flash “ weekend. There are 5 of us who are cousins and the other 4 were our daughters. It was so much fun. You have a great location for seeing the trees and mountains. This morning when we loaded our cars it was snowing!! Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you very much,Kathy Craven

  Very nice house with many extras for family like games and fire pit. I would suggest letting renters know phone coverage was very poor so have directions and check in info loaded before arriving

• Perfect location, impeccably clean

  Beautiful property located just 25 min outside downtown Boone. Impressively clean and organized home with all the kitchen equipment. The 3 families who stayed each had their own private spaces while the house was also cozy. We hope to return again!

  This house was perfect for 10 adults. Plenty of room to spread out. All 5 of the adult children hung out downstairs and they had plenty if beds. The house was appointed with everything needed to make the stay comfortable including a well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. The only negative is it’s about 20-25 minutes from any restaurants, stores or activities. If you don’t mind being a bit off the beaten path and winding roads, this house is perfect.
