Underwhelmed
3/5 The house was actually a town home (half a house). It was pretty clean, but some basic maintenance items really needed to be done. One of the full bathrooms (not the master)was actually in a bedroom; which was a bit awkward for the person using that room. Contact was attentive and kind.

- The home is listed as a townhome, which may feel different from a standalone house, but the layout is clearly shown in the listing.
- There is one full bathroom located within a bedroom, and we understand that this may not have been ideal for your group. We’ll take this into consideration for future guest expectations.
- While the home is regularly maintained, we recognize that a busy rental schedule can sometimes lead to minor wear and tear, and we’ll continue to address these items as part of our upkeep.

5/5 We only had 3 days for the trip but couldn’t be happier with the stay. Beach location was nice and not over crowded. House was clean and comfortable. Felt private. We would rent here again.

Ocean Front Therapy
5/5 The duplex was clean, inviting, well equipped, and in the wonderful Club Colony neighborhood. There were 2 decks; one covered, the other open. So it was easy to find quiet spaces among the family games etc.
We all love the ocean so being ocean front with a short walk to the beach was perfect.
Needless to say ee hope toreturnnext summer.
