3/5 Unit was not like pictures. Under construction and rented out. No outlet covers, no vent covers. Lots of Sheetrock missing in living room and kitchen area. Master bath and bed were good. Other bedroom wasn’t very big. Water bugs were crawling in unit and no TV. Host was amazing but should not rent again until work is finished. Nails and Sheetrock everywhere

We're truly sorry for the condition of the home during your stay, as it’s not the kind of experience we strive for. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
– The unit was in the middle of renovations, and we mistakenly left the calendar open for booking. We offered the option to cancel with a full refund or relocate to another unit, but you decided to stay. Since then, we’ve completed all renovation work. We installed outlet and vent covers, removed the sheetrock and nails, and made sure the space is fully guest-ready and safe.
– We also added the TVs back to the property. Our listing photos and square footage details are intended to give guests a clear idea of the room sizes ahead of time.
– Water bugs can occasionally appear during rainy weather here in North Carolina, but the HOA provides bimonthly pest control treatments to help manage this.
