Perfect Beach Get Away!
5/5 The condo was ideal for our vacation! The description of the property was spot on, decorated perfectly for a beach house, and the thought they put into the items in the condo enhanced our stay (starter kit of toiletries, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs-umbrella-toys-wagon, games for the family, and plenty of seating in the living room); they put a lot of thought into the details, and it really showed! The host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond ensuring that we had a list of ideas for activities and their personal favorite restaurants. The keyless entry was a nice touch so we didn’t have to worry about losing a key at the beach, and when we were doing different activities, we didn’t have to worry about being locked out! The overall property is well maintained, quiet/safe, and great for adults and families alike. The only downside were the 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), but it made for great forced exercise and great views of the beach from the balcony! We would absolutely rent this unit again!

Beautiful & Clean unit overlooking ocean
5/5 Billy & Bonnie are fantastic host. They are very accommodating and available at anytime. We stayed here this past summer and immediately fell in love! Thus, we booked again for this October weekend and was not disappointed. Highly recommend!!!!!

Perfect spot for a beach vacation
5/5 We had a great stay at the "Seagull Retreat". Comfortable furnishings, lovely decor, welcoming from the moment we stepped in.Loved how close we were to the beach and pool. Thank you Billy and Bonnie for everything.Would definitely stay here again.
