• Cute pet friendly vaca home huge yard

  My husband & I were looking for an affordable home with a fenced in yard to accommodate our 2 Golden Retriever’s during a long weekend in Asheville. This home popped up on my search & seemed to check all of the boxes. It did not disappoint! Super easy access to highways into downtown Asheville, Biltmore & Hendersonville. Grocery store(s) & shopping just down the street. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. The view out the back windows gives a beautiful view of the mountains. The front yard & porch (also fenced in) is very quaint & private.

  There was a previous review complaining about a stain on the couch in the lower level, “mold” in the shower & patches on the walls. Listen, this is a rental & ppl are hard on spaces. I’ve been in multi-family property management for 26 yrs. I’ve seen my fair share of poor properties. I’m realistic in expectations. A mud sacking over a nail hole from moving artwork isn’t egregious, the stain on the couch…people spill things, & it’s pet friendly, we covered the couch with a sheet to keep our dogs dirty paws & hair from covering it. No big deal. The so called “mold”. Non existent.

  All in all, we really enjoyed our time, the home & our pups had a great time as well.

  First impression was that the maintenance crew forgot to finish patching the drywall, it was not even sanded. The paint patches were obvious. Felt cheaply decorated. Mold around the shower, hair left from previous party. No toaster though listing didn’t mention it, it was a first. Downstairs sofa was stained. Decent but could be much better with a little more care.

  The house was very nice. The kids loved having the downstairs to themselves. The kitchen was insanely stocked. The only thing missing was a toaster. We struggled not having that. Considering how stocked everything was, we were shocked there was no toaster. Overall, would definitely recommend.

• It was ok not the best

  1st off it wasn’t that clean. Some sheets still had stains on it. I had to take them off and wash them. And when I went to get extra clean sheets it had dirt on it. The pull out bed was rough and the main blankets was dirty. There was still pet and human hair throughout the house. The house was poorly cleaned . You can tell it was an in/out job.

  House was very cute, clean and comfortable.We loved that it was so close to everything that Asheville had to offer. We would recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area!
