It is not stated in description of the home that there is no AC. It’s only in the list of amenities & it doesn’t specifically say “no Ac”only that there is heat. That might have been fine, except that when we arrived at 10 pm the home was 82 degrees and thermostat showed the heat setting was on. The property manager was dismissive over the phone telling me to “trust him the heat is not on” when system showed heat on. I feel this should be a prominent note in the description & when season is unusually hot he should know to open doors & windows for guests arrival. I had also asked a week before arrival about coffee available & type of machine so we could bring coffee supplies, but I never heard from him. I would not stay here again. Property itself was very clean & nice. AC is an issue when it is warmer than usual & manager needs a lesson in communication skills.

Hi Ashley, we want our guests to arrive feeling comfortable and informed, so we appreciate you sharing your feedback. After reviewing your comments, the homeowners wanted to share the following:
- The listing notes in the amenities section that the home does not have A/C, which is common in this area.
- Unseasonably warm weather can cause a home to feel warmer when it’s been closed up, but opening windows and using ceiling fans cools the space quickly, especially with outdoor temperatures in the 60s at the time.
- The WiFi password is printed clearly on the front page of the guest book for easy access.
- A standard drip coffee maker and a pour-over coffee option are provided for guests to use during their stay.
We’re glad to hear you found the property itself very clean and nice, and your feedback will help us continue improving the guest experience.
We took our adult kids on vacation toYellowstone and throughly enjoyed our stay. This home had everything we needed and plenty of room! Could use a dresser or something for downstairs.

We stayed here for the 4th of July with the main reason to be close to the rodeo grounds, which worked out great. We drove to the end of the neighborhood and walked over to the rodeo to avoid the grid lock that happens at the end, and it was perfect! Very close to other activities as well but far enough to not be in the mix of the festivities. Beds were wonderful. There is a wifi password, but the internet connection was unusable (there was almost a rebellion amongst the youngsters but they got over it). The trash bin hasn't been emptied since the last stay or two, and the property hadn't been mowed for a couple weeks. All minor issues in the grand scheme of things.

Hi Allyn, we’re so glad to hear the location was a win for your 4th of July festivities! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We have high-speed 300GB Spectrum internet and haven’t had issues before, but we’re sorry it didn’t work well for your group—we’ll double-check the connection and equipment to be sure everything’s working properly.
- Trash pickup is on a weekly city schedule, so bins may not always be empty between guests, but we do provide a backup bin for extra space.
- The lawn is mowed every two weeks to keep it tidy while accounting for local weather and growth patterns.
Thanks for taking the time to leave your review.
If you’re looking for that home away from home, this is it! My husband and I met up with two other couples for a week to tour around Red Lodge and Yellowstone. The main thing we are looking for is cleanliness and this vacation rental was immaculate. There was plenty of room and gave all of us some privacy if needed. Very safe neighborhood. We saw wildlife everyday out our window too! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at the townhouse. Nice location, minutes from the downtown area. Very friendly neighborhood.
