- From Billings: Highway 212 to Red Lodge. Turn left on 9th Street, 3 blocks (across the bridge) to Island at Rock Creek complex

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code to enter the door and garage is 7492, then press “enter”
- The keys to the house and garage door opener will be on the table in the hallway
- Please inform Nick or Bobbi Jo of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Leave keys and garage door opener on the kitchen counter
- Lock the front door and exit through the garage
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Collect all trash and dispose of in the bear-proof garbage bin
- Leave recycling in garage; please note Red Lodge does not recycle glass
- Load and start the dishwasher
- If the gas range and/or gas grill were used, please clean them
- Leave slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile in the laundry room
- Turn down heat to 60 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum when using the hot tub after 10:00 PM
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both Mary and Evolve

INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Please note the property does have cell phone service, but it may be spotty since the property is located in a rural area
- Due to local wildlife, food and trash should not be left outdoors
- Although the townhome is soundproofed to ensure you’re not hearing your neighbors through the walls, please be aware that your voices do carry from the private hot tub and keep the sound to a minimum after 10:00 PM while using the hot tub
