CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-in after 3:00 pm
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 5501
- To unlock the door, place your hand in front of the keypad to wake, then enter the code followed by the checkmark symbol
- To lock the door, place your hand in front of the keypad
- The alarm will be disarmed in preparation for your arrival

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check-out before 11:00 am
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- All garbage must be placed in the bear-proof garbage bin in front of the house. Any extra garbage must be disposed of properly. Please do not leave any garbage outside of the garbage bin.
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip sheets and pillowcases from beds and bring to laundry room. Please leave all other items such as pillows, blankets and comforters on beds.
- Please leave furniture in the spot in which found
- Turn the heater down to 62 degrees in the winter
- Make sure all lights and electronics are turned off
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the unit is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- No campers or tents allowed on the property
