- This property has a driveway approach that may not be suitable for vehicles with low suspension  
- Bedroom 3 is a firmer mattress which is great for back support
- While the property's maximum occupancy is 8 guests, the indoor dining table can only seat 6. There is an outdoor dining table on the deck for additional seating
- While the garage is physically attached to the house, the two walk-through garage doors are only accessible from the deck and the front walkway rather than an interior door
- The king mattress in bedroom 3 is an athletic mattress

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Use the door code provided via text, call, or email
- If the door alarm sounds, press and hold the button on the interior side of the lock. If the door alarm persists, press and hold the button longer
- Please have a look around upon arrival to ensure the listing meets your expectations
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- If there are waste products that are not easily recyclable or compostable, there are receptacles in the bathrooms. Cleaners will remove waste products along with recyclables after your stay
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste 
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
