4/5 Nice place and location. Only problem for us was the being woken up at 6:55am when the downstairs business opened. We didn't think an Architectual business would open that early when we booked.

Great location, clean & well-appointed, suitable for 4-5 adults & 2-3 children, not 7 adults
5/5 This was a very nice rental in a quiet and spectacular neighborhood. There are impressive 19th century and early 20th century mansions for blocks in every direction. Well worth taking a stroll around the neighborhood. Downtown Helena (Last Chance Gulch & walking mall) is 3 minutes away. So is Euclid Ave (Hwy 12E) which provides easy access to the rest of the city. The rental was clean with 2 bedrooms and a foldout couch in the living room. One bedroom had a queen bed, the other had a queen bed with a trundle bed under it. Great for a family with 2 children. 1 & 1/2 baths, plus washer/dryer and a small but functional kitchen. There is a large yard, mostly fenced for kids to play in, and a nearby patio with a grill. All in all I would recommend.

4/5 This was a very lovely place. Remodled lovely, and locations was awesome. My only issue was, we arrived and the condo was so hot. This is an old place, remodled with the old oil heating, there was no information on how to make the place not so hot. I had to just do some trial an error methods.No coffe pot either, this must be a new thing, but for coffee drinkers it's not as helful. They had a Keurig.
