Excellent people and great house

Mountain West Getaway
5/5 This home and the 55 acres it sits on are absolutely beautiful! The patio and fire pit stare over the acreage and at the mountains. Jeff, the owner, was fantastic. Very caring and helpful. When a big wind storm knocked out power on our first night, he came from miles away with extra flashlights. 15 minutes to downtown Bozeman, less than an hour to Big Sky. Jeff, thank you for sharing your home!!
The only downside is working through a 3rd party property manager, in this case, Evolve. It’s a clunky, impersonal and seemingly transactional process. I would imagine it also adds extra cost to the guest/renter, homeowner or both. Homeowners should weigh the trade offs of whatever Evolve and 3rd party property managers provide vs the poor first impression experience for their guests.
