Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. Nice big washer and dryer that can handle big loads, has all the amenities I needed and is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Not far from main street where there's plenty of restaurants with great food.

This place is great. The interior of this historic 40's apartment, originally designed by a locally celebrated architect, freshly reflects it timeless style.
The bath and kitchen are thoughtfully updated and perfectly fit our needs for our one month stay last spring. The living room area has a wonderful workspace that allowed for "keeping up" on our work while relaxing. The dining area seats 4 comfortably and was great for hanging out by the sunny windows.
The off street parking is a boon as this location is close to MSU. The short walk to campus made it easy to stay here and get to campus for meetings.
And, maybe the best walk is going down one of the neighborhood streets in this historic area to get downtown to enjoy all it has to offer.
We definitely would stay here again!
Great location. Great price. You get what you pay for. Air conditioning was one little window unit on the bottom floor, nothing upstairs in bedrooms. Hot. Wifi was shared from another unit, and unsteady at best, especially at night. The one tub/shower backed up every time it was used and the plumber who finally came said it was a structural issue in the wall that required reconstruction. Showers in 2 inch dirty water = not good. Especially with kids who want to take a bath. The washer and dryer is shared in the basement with two other units and you have to pay for it with quarters. The location and price were great but we dealt with issues and felt nickled and dimed......and quartered. Many overall positives given location and price...but the buyer beware.

Will, we're glad you enjoyed this townhome's ideal location, but are sorry to hear your stay fell short of your expectations. The homeowner works diligently to provide the optimal experience for all guests went above and beyond to assist during your stay. No one else in the building uses AC other than the window air provided, and we understand entry of a Roto Rooter was refused. In regards to the wifi, it was boosted to your satisfaction while you were in residence and has room for 25 users. We can confirm the shower is working perfectly, and that lego toys kids were using clogged it up at one point. Lastly, guests get an exceptional value here rather than staying at a nearby hotel. The homeowner prioritizes the guest experience, and we look forward to this townhome continuing to host satisfied guests! Best, the Evolve Team
This is a great place to call home for a while. Beautiful decor, stylish and artfull. Kitchen is fully equipped for gourmet cooking and the beds are really comfortable! Historic neighborhood provides nice scenic walks through the fine homes and established gardens. MSU just a few blocks away with lots of activities, eateries and even banking options. I will be back!
