- Head south on Highway 2 to Highway 35
- Turn left and follow through the town of Bigfork for an additional 5 miles to Birch Tree Drive
- Turn left to 1st Street, Sunset Ridge Lane
- Turn left to the first road
- Turn right, and the house is located on your left
- The address is on the chain link fence

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prior to arrival, you must send the guest contact proper photo identification for self and age verification
- Traveler must also send a list of names of each traveler in the booking
- Check-in after 4:00 PM
- Park in the carport upon arrival. There are three doors, the keyless entry is on the door on the far right. The code will be the last 4 digits of the phone number for the reservation on file
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Please bring all used towels to the laundry room
- Turn off all lights
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
