• Basic Rental, close to all things Ole Miss

  Good place to stay for my daughter's move-in. HOWEVER, 2 items to note:

  ****NOT ENOUGH COMFORTABLE SEATING. Needs to have comfortable seating for at least 4 or whatever the maximum occupancy is. Two bedroom house, but only a bean shaped love seat in the family room--2 max. Other options are ladder straight barstools.

  ****NO DISHWASHER (I'm sure listing is accurate, just not something I thought to check for). Hosts want you to wash/dry and return all dishes to cupboards, which can be difficult if you have an early flight, so we opted to leave a night early instead.

  Great location! But that was the best part of the property. Very frustrating trying to get hold of a real person connected to this property. Tried several times to connect to ask question.Seating area in main room very uncomfortable and small ... no outdoor seating in back. Bathroom tub did not drain well.

  -We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to reach us. We always strive to be available for our guests, but our records show we did not receive any communication from you during or after your stay. We've confirmed the guest contact information is correct and we encourage guests to reach out during their stay so that we can address any concern promptly. Typically, Evolve handles questions related to bookings or pre-stay information, while on-the-ground issues are directed to the guest contact.
  -We understand your concerns about the seating area's comfort and size. The current setup accommodates up to six people, though not all on a single sofa. We are actively looking into options to upgrade the seating to enhance comfort for our guests.
  -We acknowledge your suggestion about outdoor seating in the back. While we currently do not have this amenity, we have plans to add outdoor seating in that area soon. In the meantime, we hope you were able to enjoy the seating available on the front porch.
  -Lastly, we apologize for the issue with the bathtub drain. We were unaware of this problem and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Rest assured, we will address and fix this issue promptly.

• Great house close in to campus

  We came from Austin Texas. My 2 teenage boys to the LSU game. Everything was great. A little overpriced for Oxford but it was a big game weekend so there were not many options. It was well equipped and very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

  Very cute and clean. Mattress in bunk room was VERY uncomfortable- seriously needs to be replaced. Had a plumbing issue but it was resolved quickly and effectively. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy but overall it was good.
