Great place to stay near downtown Long Beach
5/5 Great place to stay. The beds here are great and not worn out as in some places. Washer and dryer is a plus. Make sure to bring your own washing powder though! Internet worked great and was easy to access. TV's in the rooms was a bonus, thanks for the stay!

Cute house, clean and very nice amenities.
5/5 My sister and I were in town for a funeral, so it wasn’t a great reason, but the house was extremely clean and well tended. The location was very convenient to the beach, if you’re in town for pleasure. I’ll definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.

Not what I expected
2/5 Overall the house was ok, it had plenty of room. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of it. The floors weren’t very clean, it had a sticky residue. My feet were dirty just walking barefoot. We think it had possibly been sprayed with a pesticide maybe. We saw several bugs in the middle of the floor dead, spiders in the shower. Definitely not walking distance to the beach unless you want to walk 10 or more minutes in a busy area of town.
