  Air conditioner did not work for two days. Call the owner and she did not do anything about it. Just gave us one night refund. Couldn’t even bring us fans to help cool us off.

  We had a little trouble getting in the first night, but after that things worked well. The location is so close to the beach. The pool was great. Lots of space in the unit.

  Overall a nice place and we had a good time, but was disappointed in a few things. One, the dryer had some sort of issue and it became my responsibility to schedule with the repairman as if I had an issue at home at my own house. Not something you want to deal with on vacation. Then repair people came 2 more times. They banged on the door while my child was sleeping and let themselves in the next time with no heads up. We had valuables in the room and my child was taking a nap while we stepped outside. I also was disappointed to find that the soap dispenser in the kitchen didn't work at all and many of the other soap and shower dispensers were almost empty so we had to purchase additional items. They should be full for each stay.

  - Our local contact wasn’t notified about the shower dispensers, which are large and typically refilled every third cleaning.
  - The kitchen sink's non-working soap dispenser has been removed to avoid confusion, as a disposable soap dispenser will continue to be provided in its place.
  - Guests were informed about the dryer in advance. A technician resolved the latch issue, and we appreciate your update regarding the extended drying time.
  - Over 24 hours, several attempts were made to coordinate a follow-up. When maintenance arrived, no one was present. The fan was inspected for safety and found to be heavily impacted—it has since been addressed.

• Very nice condo

  We were attending a softball World Series and needed a condo. Very nice and accommodating. Roomy for 3 adults and 3 children. Lives being able to lookout from w balconies and see the beach. Very very clean condo and property. Large outdoor pool and liked the security. Would highly recommend to anyone.
