Very Quick Getaway!
5/5 Love this condo! My friends and I loved how spacious it is! It is also so well equipped - better than most we have stayed at! Hand soap and full size dish detergent to name a few, our trip was cut short by Hurricane Francine - but we will definitely be back!!!

bachelorette trip ruined
1/5 4 of my closest friends, my mom and my aunt. bachelorette getaway on the very secluded, vacant, relaxing beach in Biloxi. We are from Louisiana, we frequent the Biloxi, Ocean Springs area a lot. All adults 25 and up. set up decorations for picture purposes mostly. Gone most of the day for activities. Maximum guest capacity on listing is 8 guests. My sister was able to join us for the last 2 nights. That made 9. We were open with the owner and wanted to know how best to park her car. upon asking what he suggested for parking,

Hi Jaimie, we’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful, secluded beach during your stay. After reviewing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to address some important details regarding your experience:
-The reservation was originally made for 6 adults, but it was noted that additional guests were brought to the property, exceeding the posted maximum capacity set by the fire inspector.
-The listing clearly states that parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Decorations and signage indicating a “Party Zone” were found, which directly violates the house rules.
-While we appreciate that you communicated about the extra guest and parking, we expect all guests to follow the property guidelines agreed upon at booking. These policies are in place to protect the home and the experience for everyone involved.
We want to ensure that future guests understand these expectations and that house rules will be enforced to maintain a respectful environment. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope you were still able to enjoy your time on the coast.
