- The address may not populate correctly in your GPS. After entering the gate, proceed straight and down towards the outdoor pool. At stop sign you will take a left and building will be on the right hand side.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. The gate code is 24490
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- Water and Water Heater will need to be turned on upon arrival. Water Valve is located in closet located in Kitchen area. To turn the water heater on, please go to the breaker located behind the door in the guest bedroom.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Turn off the ice maker in freezer
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds and place on floor of bedroom
- Place all used towels in either tub
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Pull curtains and blinds shut
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Set thermostat to "Away"
- Turn off water heater by flipping the breaker, located behind the door of the guest bedroom
- Turn off water valve, located in closet in Kitchen
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Do not sit on railing of deck
- Quiet hours are 11pm - 6am
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
