• Spacious, but dirty

  The property was spacious and worked well for our large group. The dock and deck were nice. The guest contact was helpful and answered all of our questions. However, the property was not cleaned well prior to our stay. The baseboard were covered with dust and dirt, there were dead bugs in the corners, the kitchen sink drain stunk to high heaven when we arrived, and the bathrooms needed a good scrub. Normal wear and tear in a rental property is to be expected, but cleanliness is non-negotiable.

We also want to note that in this area, leaving doors open can unfortunately allow insects to enter the home.
