  • Home had a lot of issues

    When we arrived the a/c was not working, my husband was able to fix it after owner brought him the part, house has a plumbing issue and septic backed up in downstairs bathroom we were unable to shower

    or use the restroom it was a nightmare Pretty sure this was not the first time this happened.

    -The plumbing issue you encountered was due to a blockage in the sewer line caused by a root obstruction. The homeowner has since had this professionally repaired to prevent any future disruptions.
