- The property is located in Bay Point Village
- Driving directions: 
- From Hwy 54, take the Hwy KK exit. Turn west (towards McDonald's) and enter the roundabout
- Take the first exit out of the roundabout and follow KK, keeping to the left
- Once you reach Bay Point, remember that the road is 2-way, but once you get into the facility, it becomes 1-way. Follow the signs to Building 5
- The property is conveniently located at the 24-mile marker, close to a variety of attractions both by land and water

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used on your Evolve reservation
- IMPORTANT: The keypad is located on the door. Please do not attempt to use the lockbox 
- To unlock, simply push the bar at the top of the lock and enter your code. To lock, press and hold the bar at the top until you hear the lock activate
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash. Please bring all trash to the dumpster 
- Load and start the dishwasher 
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade and used pillows on the beds 
- Please hang used towels on the hooks on the back of the doors or over the shower rods
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
